Khaled was a great tour guide and made this really fun. You definitely need someone who knows the area and the history to take you through this. We had a lot of fun.

Visiting the Gizeh Piramids is a must. In the morning, it is a lot cooler, so definitely go early. Our guide was very friendly and humorous.
